MONDAYS ARE THE BEST!!!!
We get to talk with SARA!!!
She got to speak with all her siblings and Mom and Dad. Technology is such a blessing, and I am so grateful that we get to communicate more with our missionaries!
Tuesday, we had the missionaries over for dinner. We have them over once a week, almost every week. We can't get enough of these guys and their happy, hardworking attitudes.

Same pic, minus the creepy Daniel hands. Hahaha
Sara and I went on walks most nights. I have missed her since she left on her mission. I wouldn't want her to come home to go on walks with me, I'm happy she is where she is, but she is missed.
The girls have lots of fun together dressing up and doing hair and nails.
They were super cute in their matching shirts.
Thursday, November 14th, was my parents' 50th wedding anniversary! The sent us this selfie to show us their happy celebratory faces. Aren't they the cutest!
Friday evening my siblings and I went to my parents house to celebrate with them, just us original Elys. It was crazy fun! We had steaks for dinner, then played games and laughed and talked until late in the night. Jessi had to leave to help her girls get to an appointment, or she would have stayed too.
I think this was the best picture. We just wanted 1 good pic,
but that is such a challenge with these goofballs!
Our game, it's like Telephone, but with pictures and sentences.
In the morning, we took them out to breakfast.
And then went back to the house for more fun and talking. I don't think we could ever get tire of being together. We have WAY too much fun!
When I got back home, they were super excited about showing me the grass.
It is thickening up and looks so pretty!
They had a tough mudder activity for the youth on Saturday. I wasn't there, so this was the only picture I have. Freddy and Andrew had a great time!

Daniel performed in his high school choir concerts Friday and Saturday nights. I had heard that he was one of the stars of the show, but I knew he didn't have a solo, so I wasn't sure what everyone meant. He is incredibly animated and full of life on stage.
This piece was a mashup of a bunch of overtures, they didn't sing words,
just ah's, and ooo's and la's and such.
Part way through, Daniel steals the conductor's baton, shoves him into the choir, and takes over.
It was AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!
Daniel gestures for the choir to bow, and the conductor runs over to him and shoves Daniel back in line. It was hilarious!
Their other concert choir numbers were wonderful and their show choir pieces rocked the house!
He has such great friends that come out and support him!
This gang went to the Friday night show.
Brylee Cuthbertson, the Summers, Freddy Andrew and Tim
Saturday night Jim and Gisela came...
and Papa, Gram and Gavin...
and Josh, Averi and Kyli...
and Susanna and Laney...
and Dad and Mom.
Preston MacDonald is a great choir teacher. Daniel sure loves him!
We went to the grocery store on the way home. Susanna had fun!
Sunday, we went to Rebekah Smith's homecoming talk. It was great to see the older Smith kids. We love them all so much and miss being with them.
We stayed after church talking in the foyer for an hour.
The boys and Rachel
Tim and Bekah, best friends reunited after over 2 years.
We sure love this girl, and we are so proud of her hard work, love and dedication to the Lord.
A Tim sandwich!
