Nate and Drew turn 10!

The twins 10 years ago....  Look what they did to my poor belly and my swollen face!

(I am not sure I can believe I just posted this photo!  eek!)
It was totally worth it.  They are awesome.

They LOVE pepper jack cheese, so they each got their very own block.

 SO CHEESY!!!!

Chocolate cake with mint chocolate chip ice cream in the middle, chocolate frosting with Andes mint bits sprinkled on top. . .  It was yummy!

I love how much these guys love each other.  It has been so much fun to experience being the mother of twins.  There really is nothing like it.  They won't sleep apart, they had separate beds but they always slept together, so we got rid of one of them to save space.  They are constantly cuddling or wrestling with each other.

 Drew formulating the plan....

 Drew executing the plan...

We went for the fancy wrapping paper this year, the shipping box.

It's what's inside that counts any ways, right?

Ely Thanksgiving

I really was a slacker for the Ely gathering.  I didn't get very many pictures, but we had a great time

Look at my beautiful Momma!  Thank you for all your hard work and yummy food!

Nate lost a tooth shortly after arriving.

Sam was the DJ for the night.  The kids (and some of the adults) had a great time dancing.

These interesting pictures were my attempt to capture some of the dancing.  They really were having a lot of fun and showed off some very, ummm, unique dance moves.

I am one lucky girl to have been born into such an incredibly loving and amazing family.  I really hit the jackpot.  And my brothers and sisters couldn't have picked better spouses.  I  truly love each one of them.  And then, wowzers!, the kiddos... they all couldn't be more adorable.  My parents have 23 grandkids now, so it is pretty insane when we get together.  Wonderful insanity... isn't that what the holidays are all about?

Alger Thanksgiving

We had the big gathering at Grandma and Grandpa Alger's house.  It was wonderful.  The weather was great, the food was great, and the company was wonderful.

The yard is amazing.  We all love the trees and swings.  The yellow leaves were beautiful.

Grandma and Grandpa rented a big bouncy thing for the kids.  Of course it was their favorite part of the get together.  It is fun to see all the cousins wrestling and getting to know each other better.

I love sister hugs!  So cute!

Laney was super excited about this particular pose and insisted that I get a picture of it.

Daniel adores his sweet little cousin.  He took care of her the whole time and followed her around.  He was so sweet to her.

All the Call kids and their kids and spouses

Grant and Joanna, their proud parents/grandparents

The newly weds, Gavin and Cadie

SO. . . who is who?  Nate . . . Drew . . .  make your best guess, answer at the bottom.

There are tons and tons of cousin, but I was too busy talking to get very many pictures of them.

Josh was having fun spinning the kids until they wanted to lose their turkey and pie.  No one did though, thank goodness.  Needless to say, it did not look fun to me.

Thank you so much Grandma and Grandpa for hosting a wonderful Thanksgiving.  I truly am grateful to be part of the Alger family.  The Lord blessed me greatly with all of my "in-laws".   They all amazing people that I love and adore.  And they have taught me so much.  Mwwaaa!

Bonding with Daddy

Sometimes a sweet moment with Daddy can turn silly, ok, many moments with Daddy turn silly.  That's just how we roll around here.
