So I am WAY behind on my blogging and even my kids were beginning to notice and tell me to get things up to date. So, here goes.
At the end of June we took off for our annual vacation in Utah. It has become a tradition and something the kids look forward to ALL year long. This year was a little different because our good friends, the Bytheways, had a house fire. Here is a story about that. So, being that they were homeless during repairs, we got a hotel for Richard and I and the 5 youngest kids and the 4 oldest stayed with them at the Loveridge house (Kim's parents). It worked out pretty well.
Here we are gathered for scriptures and family prayer.

Cutie pie!
We went to Mill Creek Park one afternoon. We tried to stay out and busy so there were not a million of us squeezing into the Loveridge house all day. It was pretty hot for Salt Lake City, but nothing to complain about with it being close to 120 degrees back at home.
Richard and some of the kids explored Mill Creek.
When they came back we noticed the No Trespassing signs. Ooops!
We played hard and long and poor Susanna was wiped out. We couldn't find her for a while but finally found her passed out on the bar stools.
