Last weekend, Sam went ice skating with a bunch of his friends. Here's the gang.
Sunday nights are usually a game night with these guys. Daniel was thrilled to teach them all how to play Ark of the Covenant!

Monday night was my dress rehearsal for Cinematic Pop. Then, Tuesday night, we had our Christmas concert! I love being with these awesomely talented people. We always have such a good time.

Freddy and Sara really wanted this picture for Tim. They have all been following Evie Claire the last few years and this last year on America's Got Talent. She sang Rob Gardner's original, Here In My Arms, like an angel.

Thursday, the twins turned 16! They got new suits as their big gift. They were so excited to wear their birthday suits to school!

I took them out to lunch to celebrate at The Wild Thaiger.
We ordered Dragon Eggz, a Thai dumpling stuffed with Pork and Crab. Also, Thai hot and sour soup. It was delicious!
Next we had the Volcano Wraps. They were suppose to be Thai hot, but I think they went easy on us. They were really good!
Freddy ordered a green curry, Beef Kiewan.
Andrew and I both ordered the Beef Panang. We were not disappointed at all!
Drew added quite a bit of the red chili paste to add more heat.
After lunch, we briefly dropped by Gram and Papa's to hug Aunt Kathy, who is here visiting!
Then, on the way home, we stopped by Walmart to get some food to take with us to our MCO dress rehearsal later that evening. The boys had to have a birthday bike race. I am never bored when I am with these two!
It was a fierce race, and Drew was crowned champion!
Jessi had dance rehearsals and performances for her college classes, so I drove her girls as well as Freddy, Andrew, Daniel and Laney to Millennial Choir rehearsal and all the performances. It is such a joy to have cousins sharing in these awesome experiences. It's the first semester for all the Youngs and for Daniel and Laney. They all loved it!

I was sad to miss Susanna's band and choir concert while we were at rehearsal. Richard videoed it for me and I watched it all Saturday morning with Susanna giving me a play by play. She was in the program to perform a solo on her sax, but the band teacher somehow skipped it. She was crushed and he felt awful about it. Dr. Roberts is such a sweet man. He told her she would get to do a solo at the spring concert and she was ok with that.
They did a great job, for a beginning band and the choir numbers were awesome! Mrs. McKinley always picks such fun songs.
Friday, Gram and Aunt Kathy came by and took Sara and I out for Chinese food! Yum! It's always fun to visit and just be girls together. ❤️
Friday evening we began the MCO concerts. I feel so blessed to get to run around with the concert choir guys. Every concert was heavenly and ended to quickly. I kept busy looking around to spot all 8 of the kids in the different numbers.

Daniel fit right in with the concert choir guys. Most of them are high schoolers, with a few, including Daniel, who are in 8th grade but whose voices have deepened.
Gram, Papa and Aunt Kathy came to the 2nd concert Friday night.

We couldn't find Sara for this pic, but we have Emily Chapman (the Young's previous music teacher) Madi and Papa, Jim and Gisela, Josh Jordan and Brandon Strong, and Suzanne and Quinn Kellis. It is such a wonderful experience to share this with our family and friends.
Madi said she couldn't describe the concert in words, it was beyond amazing. She has been bugging her parents about joining every since.

Tori only performed the 1st night because it's rough on the little ones to perform 4 concerts in two nights. Here are the rest of them after all the concerts, happy with their concert glow and totally exhausted!
