Timmy finished up his mission in Korea this week. He had lots of difficult goodbyes with his beloved friends he made there. He loved every minute in Korea, and I think he would stay forever if he didn't love us so much too. A piece of his heart will always be in Korea!

Airport goodbyes
Meanwhile, at home, we have had tons of bunnies in our yard. I think with the new homes going up around us, there are less coyotes, so more bunnies. If we had our garden planted, I am sure they would be a nuisance, but we don't, so we mostly enjoy watching them, and the birds in the yard.
It makes me smile knowing they are so happy together in Idaho.
Josh flew into town for Tim's welcome home. Sam picked him up and entertained him until later that night when it was time to go pick up Tim. What we didn't know, was that Leigh let him bring SAMMY! We were all delightfully surprised when he and Sammy arrived with Sam at the airport. Other than Dad and Mom, this was the first time everyone met Sammy in person.
Waiting for Tim! Even Leigh is with us, on the phone. :)
All the feels!
We are so happy to have our boy back!

Look at those EYES!
President James Ellis came over around 11:00 pm, when we got home, and released him from his mission. We sure love Pres. Ellis.

We had enchilada casserole and beans ready for Tim when we got home, even though we didn't get around to eating them until about 12:30 am. He really wanted Mexican food to be his first meal.
The next morning he was zonked!
When he woke up, we went over to the Jordan's for Kallie's baby shower. It was fun to show our Baby Sammy to our friends, and for Tim to reunite with everyone there.
Kallie and Tim, long time BFFs!
Algers and Jordans
Everyone has enjoyed taking turns holding, feeding, and playing with Sammy.
He has melted all of our hearts!
Papa loves playing with Sammy as much as Sammy loves playing with Papa!
KennaDee came by to see Tim.
And the Jordan's hadn't had enough of us, so they came by later
in the evening, as well as Gwen and Tori.
This was the sleeping arrangement Josh created for Sammy. It was a dark little nest in the propped open blanket trunk. Leigh wasn't too fond of it, but she was in Idaho, so Josh did it anyhow.
Sammy seemed to love it and slept peacefully.
The pillows prop it open.
Here he is, sleeping away.
Andrew is absolutely in love!!!
Aunt Laney!
These two were so happy to be on the piano together and to talk music!
We lost Elder Hill and gained Elder Anderson. He and Elder Tutasi already seem like they are buds.

Papa came over to hang out for the evening.
Dance buddies forever
Uncle Gavin could not get enough of the baby loves. His little girls were a bit jealous, but decided that they like Sammy too. Gavin was cute, the way he kept smelling him and cuddling him. I thought he might take a nibble or two, he was so baby hungry!
Daphne and Daniel
Freia making sure she isn't left out of the love

Timmy brought Korean granny pants home for all of us. He said even the men wear them, for pjs.

I had a beautiful time at the temple today. I happened to run into Nan there. We talked and had a wonderful heart to heart. I love her so much!
