So after recording until 11pm and staying up until 1am, we had to get up at 6:15am to make sure the kids got to rehearsal on time. They had a rehearsal/fireside at the stake center next door to the DC temple.
We arrived a few minutes early so we ran over to the temple and took some pictures. Tim laid down, he was so tired.
From 9am to 10:30 pm they rehearsed, recorded, filmed and performed with the exception of meal breaks. It was wonderful but exhausting.
The performance was amazing as always and so powerful for them to sing of God and country in the nation's Capitol!
One of my parents favorite missionaries, Matt Bryson, from their ysa ward was able to join us at the concert. He loved it!

Aunt Kathy loved it too and we loved sharing it with her. It has been a blast having her with us for our adventures in DC!
Saturday we had to get up super early again to get down to the Jefferson Memorial for video recording with MCO and Jenny Oak's Baker.
Sleepy sleepy
It was awesome to watch the masses singing and clapping together and the crowd watching on as they performed. Jenny is incredible on her violin and so adorable to watch!
Neat experience for you guys. I've seen that violinist before, she is pretty amazing. That first pic of the boys sacked out is super funny!
