This week we helped move Jessi and her girls into my dad's rental house that is right by our house. It's about a 1 minute stroll. We worked late Tuesday night moving several car loads over and finished packing and taking things off the walls in preparation for the big move the next day. We got to bed about 2:30 am and were back on the road to move her by 8 am.
I'm not sure why, but my phone tends to distort faces when I take pictures in low light. Jessi looks a little like the Incredible Hulk with the distortions.
Freddy, Andrew and Lilli stayed up late working with Gram, Jessi and I. They worked hard.
The next morning we had Brandon Mounteer and Branden Strong with us to help with man power. The missionaries in Jessi's area came and helped too. We did a load in the moving van as well as Gram and Papa's cars and our van. Then we went back for another load in our van.
The girls and Tim and I stayed at her new house after the first big load. We unpacked and settled things as much as we could.

Tori had fun helping me unpack in the kitchen. She was in charge of picking up all the packing paper. She asked me if she could dive into it first. She is such a silly girl.
Thursday, Tim went to the temple to receive his endowment. Richard went as his escort. Here they are ready to go. They are such cuties!
Tim spent a long time after the endowment sitting in the Celestial Room, just soaking it all in. We were happy to share the experience with Sammy, Grandpa Alger, Gram and Papa Ely, Ben and Nan, Cousin Tony and Anne Smith. When we came out everyone had headed home already so we only got pictures with Gram and Papa.
We went out with Gram and Papa to Top Shelf for Mexican food to finish off a great night!
Friday evening, we went to Daniel and Taylor Kellis's wedding reception. We love the Kellis family and Daniel is especially important to Laney. They have been "engaged" since she was 2. He would hold her during church so that Richard could handle the twins and Daniel while I took care of new baby Susanna. It has been a little sad to Laney to let him marry someone else, even though she knew that he was not really her fella. She loves him and just wants him to be happy.
Suzanne Kellis was Tim's seminary teacher this last year. He adores her as she does him. She is pretty much as close to angelic as you can get.
Tim and Brandon were in charge of the ice cream cart and collecting trash at the reception. They were adorable!
They had cute picture places set up.

Laney got to kiss Daniel. She was thrilled and said it was prickly.

While we were busy at the wedding reception, Sara, Lilli and Heidi were camping with the young women from church. They went to Tucson to tour Karchner Caverns and to go to the Tucson Temple Open House. They had a great time.
Saturday night, Sam went out with some friend to celebrate his buddy, Brandon Breese's birthday. They had a great time.
