A Child Is Born - Millennial Choir Concerts

We love concert week!!! It was even more insane this week, with having 6 concerts instead of 4. Well, at least the boys had 6, the girls only had 3. They had so many kids sign up this year that instead of turning kids away, they took them all and then created 2 casts. The only groups that were not split into two cast were Concert Choir Men and Grand Chorus. They performed at all 6 concerts.

I love working with these high school guys. This year I was over all the Concert Choir Men. I had an incredible support team of ladies that helped to keep everything running smoothly. It was so much fun!

These cousins are awfully cute!

Tori broke her leg while dirt biking just a few days before the concerts, but she came
and watched anyhow. She's a tough girl!

Some more of my favorites in Concert Choir!
Daniel, Sara, Josh Jensen, Miles, Andrew, Josh Jordan

Krista Baker is one of my best friends. She has helped me out more times than I can count. She is one of the most darling, sweet, generous people on earth! I'm so excited that I get to share the MCO experience with her this year.

Jared Hopkins came to help with Concert Choir Men. I love this sweet guy!

Noah Fechter, Sara and Tommy Lundquist

Side stage, while waiting to go on, the boys always find ways to entertain themselves. They were playing games with their fingers.

Lucy and Laney backstage

Freddy was sick with strep throat for the first night of concerts, but was feeling well enough to come to Friday and Saturday's concerts. The boys were all glad to have him back.

Singing in the top balcony

Andrew was feeling worn out and looked a little down, so Josh Jensen reached over and rubbed his leg in a supportive way. Andrew melted and then laid his head on Josh's lap. Josh put his arm around him and just loved him. It was SO sweet!

I love that my kids have so many cousins in choir with them.
There are 5 from the Ely side and 1 from the Alger side.

Sara said it looked like they were all in prison. Josh Jordan said it was because they killed the show!

My Concert Choir Tenors!

Sebastian and Sebrina Damiani, Kallie and Casey Riffenburg, Dandi, Nellie, Lucas and Wilson Wright, Jim and Gisela Decker with their friend Martha, Lauryn Burr and Sam and Vivi came to the Saturday  concerts. It was a great group!

Cory and Aprel Mendenhall came out and visited with us for a while.
They were so happy to see us, as we were to see them!

We were also thrilled to see Ethan LaClaire and his family. They moved to California this last summer, but came back to see the concert. We miss them!

Anthony, Freddy and Daniel

Camden Cook, Ammon, CALEB JONES, Andrew and Caiden

Tony and Wendy finally were able to come to a concert. They have been trying for forever, but have always had a conflict. We love them bunches and were so happy to share it with them!

Best friends and cousins! It's the best!

These bros are like brothers. We have so much fun driving to choir together every week!

And again, silly boys

We love Ammon!

Susie needed to join them. She loves Ammon too!

Kailey, Susanna and Lindsey

These two are hilarious!

And SOO SWEET!

The concerts were amazing and everything went so smoothly. It is the best way to start the Christmas season! Music, Family and Friends!!!
