A Surprise Going Away Party in Biology

Tim's biology teacher sent Tim to another classroom to get a study guide for her. The teacher took her time and then said that she had left it in the lab and sent him there.  When he opened the lab door there was a wall of bubbles and everyone shouted SURPRISE!  His teacher had the students hurry and decorate the lab and get out all the food and treats they had brought in for the party.  She was so proud of Tim and the great help he had been to the class for the year as well as his choice to go to South Korea on a mission. She had given project assignments to the students to help plan and prepare for the party.  Tim had no idea. I have never heard of a teacher doing this before.  I was quite touched, as was Tim, by her thoughtfulness.

She even brought a bag of gifts for his mission including dress socks, a book about South Korean culture, an English / Korean translation book and some goodies.
