We couldn't have it the week of their birthday, November 30th, because we had 7 concerts that week. Then it was the Christmas season and every weekend was packed and over winter break we were busy with family and a lot of their friends were out of town. So we finally found a day that worked almost 2 months later! It was worth the wait.
We had a great crowd of awesome kids here to celebrate with them. My last count was 38 kids at our house. I always love to have my house full of such sweet, talented, kind and amazing teens. What a dream!

We had homemade salsa and chips, Takis, 3 kinds of cake, coconut, almond and Texas sheet cake, veggies and lots and lots of Italian cream sodas!!!

The missionaries dropped by just in time for the big group pictures. We were missing a few kids around in other parts of the house and some that came later, but this was most of them.

We had a lot of musicians! At one point both guitars, 3 ukuleles and the piano were all being played and lots of them were singing. However, I don't think any of them were playing the same song. It was pretty loud and hilariously awesome!

Freddy said it exceeded his expectations and that everyone had a wonderful time. Both, Freddy and Andrew, were sad to be missing a few of their friends, but other than that, it was AWESOME!!!
