Halloween!

Last Thursday was the release day for Millennial Choir and Orchestra's new album, Amazing Grace.  They shortened rehearsal and had a release party. You can buy the album HERE on Amazon.

With Pro. Brandon Stewart, Director

I sewed most of out Halloween costumes this year.  I think they may be my favorite ones ever.

Tim was the Cat in the Hat and Laney was the Lorax.   Both are Dr. Seuss characters.

They were both perfectly suited to their characters.

Gram borrowed Waldo's glasses and the Cat's hat for a little Halloween fun with Daniel.

Tim and Sara had a Halloween party on Friday at our house.  They have such wonderful friends!

Tommy and Mikaila Lundquist with Sara

After 2 parties, Susanna's mummy costume was beyond what I wanted to repair.  We ran to the Salvation Army and found this cute Alice costume for $2.50!  It was adorable and she loved it.

Our friend Alex from choir spent Saturday and Sunday with us.  She lives in Mesa,  so we just had her stay over night since it's a long drive. She is friends with Tim, Sara and the twins, but she blended into the whole family nicely.  She went the ward trunk or treat with us.

A little Thing 1 and Thing 2 love

Daniel and our darling KenaDee

Laney sang her first full solo in Sacrament Meeting and Tim accompanied her on the piano.  It was beautiful!  There was such a sweet spirit as she sang, "I think when I read that sweet story of old, When Jesus was here among men...."

Sunday afternoon the kids all gathered around the piano and sang hymns together and Tim played.

It was a lot of fun having Alex over.
